You must get in a jeep get close to the royal homebase (the uncapturable one) and drive around the big rock you will start to get to the top of the rock. You must drive all the way up on top of the rock so you can beat the timer. Then, you run to the edge of the rock to not be punished. There is also one in Victory Village, but I will give that answer when I test it on my royal (its at the royal homebase again and you ... I'll start it off. Just today, I was fighting and an idiot jumped out of his tank at almost perfect health. I quickly jumped in shot at him and I missed.
